Content

- Pharmacological parameters (dose-response effect, time - response, agonists, antagonists....). - Cytotoxicity (WST-1, MTT, LDH, dose-response curve) - Oxydative stress markers (MDA, GSH/GSSG, SOD, 8-OHdG) - Cell proliferation : metabolic activity (DHm), DNA synthesis (BrdU) - Apoptosis: morrphological changes, DNA fragmentation (DNA ladder assay ou ELISA), TUNEL, caspases, cell membrane alteration. - Genotoxicity and mutagenesis evalutation (Single Cell Gel Electrophoresis Assay, micronucleus test, SOS, Sister chromatid exchange, HPRT activity) - Exocyclic DNA adduct: Post-labelling assay, Mass spectrometry - Epigenetic alterations: Histone modifications (western blot), telomerase activity (TRAPeze), phosphorylation of h2ax (cytométrie en flux), methylation of gene p16 (real time PCR). - in vivo – in vitro models in pharmaceutical development.
