Hematology. Blood specimen preparation for microscopic examination (slides). Red blood cells: microscopic counting – reticulo cytes. White blood cells: - microscopic counting. Identification of different types of leucocytes (neutrophils, monocytes, lymphocytes, basophils,eosinophils) Platelets: microscopic counting Preparation of fresh plasma Hemoglobin dosification Analysis of erythrocyte parameters (MCV, MCH, MCHC) ESR Osmotic fragility test Blood Groups (ABO,Rh). Needle stick for blood group determination Agglutination method for detection of blood groups: Direct method for detection of antigens, Indirect method (reverse group) for detection of antibodies. Workshop for blood pressure measurement.
